2024 Monash Youth Fest: Monash Youth Connect Planning Committee

Monash Youth Connect is a celebration dinner that brings young people together to share stories about diversity with the goal of increasing social connection through understanding, networking and relationship building. Stories that encapsulate identity and overcoming adversity will be shared where friends, family and the wider community will be invited to attend.

The Monash Youth Connect is a youth led event, and MYS is now recruiting young people to join the planning committee to plan and organise over five weeks throughout August and September, and facilitate the dinner event that has been scheduled for Thursday 26 September.

If you are passionate about diversity, inclusion and event management, the MYS team would love to hear from you. International students and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse young people are encouraged to apply. The working group will be supported by youth workers.

If you are between 12 and 25 years of age and have connections to the City of Monash, e.g., live, study and play, please complete this brief Expression of Interest Form. Once submitted a worker will contact you to discuss it further. If you have any additional questions, please contact 9518 3900.
